Guarantee

We guarantee that members of The Playbook Academy will be able to independently build at least a basic one-step marketing funnel and receive support from our team in accordance with their membership level.

Conditions and Limitations

  • Results Disclaimer: While we ensure you will receive the information and support (based on your service hours) needed to build a funnel, we cannot guarantee specific financial results or outcomes. Each member's success may vary based on their product, abilities, and use of third-party platforms.

  • Support Guarantee: We guarantee that all support tickets will receive a response within one business day, although resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. Support will be provided according to the service hours allocated to the membership level purchased.

  • Updates and Third-Party Disclaimer: The Playbook Academy is regularly updated to improve and add value. However, we do not guarantee the effectiveness or outcomes of third-party platforms, services, or partnerships, including social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. We are not responsible for the performance or outcomes of these third-party entities.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is straightforward and fair. If you believe we have not met our guarantee, you may request a refund, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are prorated based on the service hours used and the time spent on our platform.

  • Full Refunds: To be eligible for a full refund, you must have used 0 service hours, been enrolled in the program for less than 30 days, and not utilized any complimentary services or attended any complimentary events. Complimentary services and events are still costs to us, and thus are considered in refund evaluations.

  • Prorated Refunds: If the criteria for a full refund are not met, a prorated refund will be issued based on your usage of the base platform and services including complimentary services, events, usage of partnerships tools and all the resources and personnel required to support our members.

Exclusions

  • Grant Recipients and Discounts: Refunds are not available to grant recipients, those who received exclusive discounts, or those enrolled through institutions and organizations.

  • Free Access: No refunds are provided for those on the platform through free access or trial periods.

  • Third-Party Responsibility: We are not responsible for refunds, support, or guarantees related to third-party platforms, services, or partnerships, including those suggested or offered through The Playbook Academy.
